Breakfast was good and staff were available to refill anything that ran out. Room was tidy and clean and there was an extra socket extension for charging phones. Bed was really comfortable. Location is excellent and car parking at the hotel is really handy.

I liked the bed so much. Very comfy and helped me rest well. The location is perfect as well, so many good restos around, and few mins away from the main attraction. The room is very warm, and I liked it. For a solo traveller, the size of the room is alright.

The location is perfect for the centre, and the car park right next door is extremely handy for somewhere like this. Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is incredibly good for the money, loved figuring out how the waffle maker and orange juicer worked, and made a tremendous mess in the learning process, very good fun indeed.

Good breakfast, even with scrambled eggs, sausages and freshly squeezed juice. Good location in the old town and not too far from the station. Easy check-in and check-out. Good ventilation in the room. WIFi satisfied, even very.

Location was fabulous. Quiet room but great view. Staff all friendly. Short one night stay but wish longer. Car parking literally next door so very convenient. Nearby breakfast options great - didn't eat at hotel.

Great breakfast selection & delicious food, really like the fact that the hotel provides freshly-pressed orange juice. The bed was comfortable, TV functioned well & offered various range of entertainment. The location is very strategic, too.

The location was excellent, near everything. The beds were so comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The windows are very well insulated and once closed, you cannot hear noise from outside. Staff were excellent and very helpful

Convenient walking distance from both train station and town center. Quick service at the reception. Checked in and walking into center within 30 minutes or arrival.

The staff is great, they were super cordial and helpful all the time. I'm learning Dutch and they were all the time trying to speak a bit of Dutch to me, explaining what I didn't know in English, giving tips about the city, explaining general covid measures in Bruges, etc. The room has a decent size and the bed has the global Ibis quality (not superb but enough to a good night of sleep). The shower is great, although a bit temperamental. The breakfast is not worth it, but it's not bad. You can definitely eat better and cheaper across the street. The location is super nice, it's close to everything in the medieval center and it's in a part that is not super noisy, what helps during the night. The hotel has exits in opposite sides, so you can easily reach the Hotel coming from both directions of the centrum. Nice parking lot with electric charger and reasonable price right downstairs (better if it was included though).
